Pam Lach named ACH co-Vice President/co-President Elect

Congratulations to Pam Lach, DH Librarian/DH Center Director and DH@SDSU Co-Director, on her recent election as co-Vice President/co-President Elect of the Association for Computers and the Humanities (ACH). Founded in 1978, ACH is the major US professional association for digital humanities and one of the constituent organizations of the international Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO). An inclusive and welcoming organization, ACH centers its justice-oriented values of anti-racism, labor advocacy, and accessibility in its professional activities. As a member of the ACH Executive Council, Pam served as the ACH2023 Conference Chair and is currently Co-Chair for the ACH2024 conference. Together with Liz Grumbach (Director of Digital Humanities and Research in the Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics at Arizona State University), she will serve as co-VP from 2024-2026 and co-President from 2026-2028.
